If you are a novice baker and want to make some thing quick, banana bread is perfect for you. Following are the ingredients of the bread .

. Four ripe bananas 
. One cup of Demerara or white sugar 
. Half cup of olive oil 
.  Quarter cup of walnuts
. Two spoons of dried cranberry 
. One and a half teaspoon baking powder 

Mash bananas and add sugar and oil to it and blend well. Once the mixture is for they add the rest of the ingredients and mix it. Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius and bake for 45 minutes.
